After that, you can register in person at the Registration Office at the Klickitat County Fairgrounds.

For guests of conference participants, we are offering meal service for all 8 meals for $75

This is for hookups from Thursday - Sunday*

Horse Stalls - $30

This includes fresh straw for stalls Thursday - Sunday* (3 nights total) 


*Power & Water as well as Horse Stalls are available during the pre-conference as well.  Registration for that will be handled separately.

Basic instructions:

Fill out one registration form per person attending the conference.
Guests that will be eating at the conference but not attending the conference can be added as "Additional Meal Tickets"

Special Requests:

Limited Space classes and Power/Water Hookups are "first Registered, First Served" --  If the class is already filled, we will add you to the waiting list and notify you of that.  In the case of the hook-ups, we will refund the hookup fee if you register after the spaces are filled.

Finishing Up:

We are using PayPal for our payment processing.  We believe Paypal to be fast, secure, and trusted.  If you have any issue, or would rather to pay via check, we can accommodate that for a a small processing fee.  Contact info@wasarcon.org for more information.

Receipt:

Once you finish payment, you will receive an email with details on your registration.  Please bring a copy with you to the conference to help speed up the check-in process!

Survey:

After you register, there is a short survey which will help us determine the number of times we need to offer certain popular courses.  Your completion of that survey will be very helpful!
